The MRC-200A provides a robust, highly flexible and simple to operate solution to providing range extension of voice communications in a crowded ElectroMagnetic Spectrum (EMS).

The MRC-200A uses two secure retrans-enabled multi band radios as the system transceivers, enabling full use of the 30 – 512 MHz spectrum. The system can be mounted on any suitable land platform, including covert vehicles, and is managed by a remote control unit mounted in a position convenient to the operator. The system can provide 3 modes of operation.
The system has an integral PSU, or an external AC power pack can be supplied.

The MRC-200A can be supplied with the required interfaces to allow use of existing audio / pressel equipment installed in either covert vehicles. It provides simplex or dual frequency voice communications at up to 30W and can use an existing covert or overt in-service antenna, or be supplied with antennae as required.

The MRC-200A provides a full rebroadcast capability at up to 30W RF power between two single frequency voice nets, across the full 30-512 MHz spectrum. One of the two nets can be tactical SATCOM. This provides significantly enhanced operational flexibility to the user by offering Beyond Line of Site (BLoS) rebroadcast of a terrestrial voice net
